Where the only time Ukraine was actually Free under black flag of Nestor Makhno which wanted a federation of autonomous Villages and   communes, where there is not stagnation of a despotic system or the wealth concentration in the few, found today in the west. Where in the case of both the rules advantages to the elite, but for Russia is about Russificationt or cultural assimilation of non-Russians, whether is voluntary or not, the anti-thesis of the Lithuanian commonwealth.
